(1) Do you offer anything smaller than a 5 x 7?

No. Our machine is set up on a unit basis, and this is the most cost effective way for us to deliver you a quality photo quickly, and at a fair price.

(2) How do I choose a Tri-Photo?

The software that you using to order prints is very basic.(Very secure, but basic). There are a couple easy steps to follow when ordering a Tri-Photo frame. (1) Select only one photo as a TRI-PHOTO. (2) Write on a piece of paper the number of the other two images you want. (3) Proceed to the checkout. In the comment section of the order form, type in the two numbers you wrote down, and the name of the event, (If different from the first). This way you are billed for only ONE Tri-photo, and not THREE.

(3) How do I get my trader cards personalized?

In the comment section, list the following info about the player. First and Last Name, Position, Team, Jersey Number, Age Division, League, Age, Height, Weight, and Coaches Name.

(4) How do I get my magazine cover personalized?

Please list the Player's name, and the name of the team. (That's all we need).

(5) How soon should I expect my pictures?

If you order online with a Credit Card, it should take a week or less. If you mail a check to Photoreflect in Colorado, it may take an additional week. This is a VERY SECURE SITE. We don't EVER SEE your credit card information. Only the bank gets this information and it's encrypted.

(6) Should I worry about using a credit card?

No. The site is very secure and no one sees your credit information, except the bank. We do not see it, and Photoreflect never sees it. This information is encrypted and is electronically transmitted directly to the bank.

(7) Can I come to your office and look at my pictures?

At this time, we do not have computers set up for customers to view their photos from our office. If you do not have access at home, we suggest you try your local library.

(8) I can't find my pictures. Now what?

It is possible that the photos have not been posted yet. Please allow 48 hours from the LAST DAY OF THE EVENT for viewing. We have to do a little editing, before we post the photographs. If it has been more than 60 days after the event, we may have removed them to make room for newer events.

(9) How long will the photos be online for viewing?

A minimum of 60 days. We are working to extend that time.
